Site layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying various areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
